Knee-high Samurai learn self-discipline, focus, courtesy and respect. Our preschool-age students do much more than play games. They learn the fundamentals of traditional martial arts while developing character virtues in a structured environment.
Our knee-high students develop a positive self-image, confidence, responsibility, and improve cooperation at home and with others. Each class includes warm-up activities, martial arts technique, positive reinforcement, questions and answers, and game time.Children in this program are challenged to work hard and have fun. You will see a significant increase in your child’s coordination, communication skills, and their ability to follow instructions. Students who get a head start in the Knee-high program excel when they transition into the next age group.
We have had numerous students begin in there preschool years, continue training until college, and some have even returned to the dojo after their college years!
